As Law is a fascinating study & its practice an absorbing occupation, R.A.S. LAW COLLEGE aims to teach the new emerging areas in law as Intellectual property, Cyber Crime, Commerci'll Arbitration, Immigration Law and Family Laws by redefining the boundaries of legal education.
The expanded horizon of business and technologies have brought radical changes in providing the legal services to corporates World-Wide. The development in the business, legal fields, changed concepts, call for professionals with a blend of legal background and 5 Years LL.B course. In this context R.A.S. LAW COLLEGE at present offers a three year full time LL.B. programme.
The main aim of the college is to make legal education a serious branch of study with the help of state-of art theory, tutorials by renewed faculties of this field, seminars, moot courts and practical training.
Due to changing laws India needs good Lawyers, Judges who have a modern approach to the related matters. Hence our main aim is to help students who desire to take law as a serious branch of knowledge not only in their career interest but for the development and betterment of our country.
MISSION OF LEGAL INSTITUTION
To Provide legal knowledge to the society by instructional and practical, clinical & research facilities for the students pursuing law courses through development of scientific temper, humanism spirit of research and reform through speaking, writing and listening. It is our endeavor to meet the philosophical scientific, economic and technical challenges of prevailing sociological conditions.
VISION OF LEGAL INSTITUTION
R.A.S. Law College is committed to impart legal education to the society to acknowledge the law facilities to all the strata of the living conditions. The justice could be given to the all the categories of the living beings.
PAYMENT OF FEES
Fees due for each semester are to be paid in time by the given dates. If the fee is not paid by that date, a late payment fee shall be charged. The name of the student shall be struck off if the fee is not paid by the last day of the month by which the payment is due. He/She shall be allowed for re-admission on payment of arrears, including tuition fees and late payment fees.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
The college shall run according to the rules of the 'Bar Council of India' and 'Lucknow University' under the Self-Financing Scheme.
PAYMENT OF FEES
- 1. They are not permitted to leave the campus during college hours without the permission of the Manager/Principal.
- 2. If any student indulges in any act of indiscipline, he/she shall incur the risk of rustication. The verdict of the Manager/Principal regarding punishment is final.
- 3. The use of mobile phones is forbidden in the college.
UNIFORM
Uniform is compulsory for all students. They are not permitted to enter the college campus without a uniform. The details are as follows:
SUMMER
- Boys: Black Pants, White Shirt, College Tie, Belt, Black Shoes, and Black Socks.
Girls: Black Pants, White Shirt, College Tie, Belt, Black Shoes, and Black Socks.
WINTER
- Boys: Black Pants, White Shirt, College Tie, Belt, Black Shoes, Black Socks, and Black Sweater/Blazer/Black Coat.
Girls: Black Pants, White Shirt, College Tie, Belt, Black Shoes, Black Socks, and Black Sweater/Blazer/Black Coat.
