It is an institution run by Mr. Ram Ashare singh Shikshan Sansthan foundation Trust in the memory of Late Smt. Rekha Singh Ji, founded by Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh Ji and established in the year 2024, Affiliated to University of Lucknow and Recognized by Bar Council of India.

The motto of the college "To spread the knowledge is our religion" suggests that the college has been striving all through to help the students to move forward on the path of furtherance and prolongation.
